The location is perfect — very close to the center, just about a 5-minute walk, but still quiet and private.
The house itself is designed with great taste. You can really feel that every detail was chosen with care, and there are so many thoughtful touches that make the place feel warm, cozy, and just like home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well arranged.
One of the best parts is the beautiful big yard. It gives you a lot of privacy and space to relax, and there are nice outdoor areas for spending time with family, enjoying the fresh air, and just disconnecting.
The hosts are absolutely wonderful people — kind, welcoming, and very helpful.
Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Все было совершенно прекрасно! Просыпаешься утром и с пронизанной солнцем обеденной зоны смотришь на горы! Чистота идеальная, все новое, белье и полотенца белоснежные и пушистые. Все, что нужно для жизни есть. Простор, уют, подушки, пледы все в доме, как на фото. Посудомойка, газовая плита и электродуховка - все очень удобно!Мангальная зона и 2 зоны для посиделок за едой на улице. Маленькие ящерки снуют по стенам на улице в солнечные дни.
Отопление регулируется в доме, но чуть сложнее настроить нужную температуру в отдельном блоке.
Потрясающе, кстати, спится на этом воздухе.

An excellent, very charming house with a fresh and stylish renovation. Everything is spotless clean. It has all the essentials: washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. All necessary kitchenware is provided as well. The house is within walking distance (3–5 minutes) from the center of Dilijan (the central pond). The host was great - he provided very clear instructions and was always available.
The only minor drawback is the proximity to a fairly busy road, so it can be a bit noisy, but nothing critical.

Мы были первыми гостями в этом прекрасном доме, всё было комфортно, удобно, с вниманием к деталям, хотелось провести там больше времени, но мы приехали смотреть Армению, так что пришлось все-таки выезжать :)) Хозяин очень вежливый и приятный человек. Дом расположен в живописном уголке, рядом с рекой и лесом
