The appartment has everything you will need even for a longer stay, we were there for 10 nights and everything was great. The lady that gave us the keys didn't speak English but she brought her daughter with her and we could understand each other with her help. The bedroom matress was very comfy. There is a bunk bed for two kids in a small space before the door for the balcony. Also you can use the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make your own meals. Toilet was spacious and clean when we arrived. We will definitily come back another year...
The terrace railing was rusty, and needed some renovation and painting. There was a big screen Samsung TV but the cable TV was not so good and you couldn't watch proper TV because it was lagging...
One thing we didn't like which has nothing to do with the appartment is that Orikum beach is a very windy place, and almost everyday there was a strong wind between 12pm and 5/6 pm. That is why we went to the beach very early, around noon we came back to our appartment and later in the afternoon we we comming back to the beach.
