The property is in an excellent location, surrounded by a modern retail area and opposite a huge beautiful building (arts, cinema etc) just 10 mins walk from the central train station. The apartment is high up and the view is astonishing - there’s a great little balcony and everything you need for your stay is supplied including a hairdryer. The TV is large in the lounge and there’s one in the bedroom too, alongside A/C. I couldn’t fault the apartment nor the location - for the price paid it’s the best I’ve ever experienced.
I had trouble locating the property at first: it’s actually really, really simple but due to my flight being delayed I arrived in the dead of night (0130) so understandably couldn’t contact the owner and spent an hour alone in the dark searching for first the key box and then the building. That said, it felt very safe and I did eventually locate the key box (which is to the right of the building, when facing the building - there’s a lot of metal fencing up around the outside atm which made locating the key box in the dark confusing and the video sent of how to use the key box showed a different style box to the one that is there), got the fob (note it is a plastic fob without a number on it, and not a traditional key - you need to put the fob against the key sign on the intercom in the porch area of the building to get into the main door), entered the building (number 13 - huge sign outside: don’t add the apartment number to the address as that’s what caused the confusion) that I had been turned away from by the night manager an hour previously (not the apartment owners fault - the night manager did not recognize the address i showed him as it had the apartment number added on to it). This was a stressful arrival but absolutely wouldn’t have happened had I arrived in the daytime as the owner was fantastic with being in contact the next day etc. Plus I was incredibly happy with the apartment and would return 100%

Mooi uitzicht!!
Mooie keuken en super uitgerust. Zelfs een bonen koffie machine, wasmachine en een droger.
En allemaal nieuwe apparaten.
Parkeren is wat lastig in de buurt

la vista è fantastica e la camera perfetta
il palazzo in cui é collocato l’appartamento non è molto accogliente ma è normale perché sono tutti così all’est europa
