The house is very well located. It's right in the center of Albufeira's old town. It made things much easier for us during our trip.

La situation géographique est TOP, mais voisins assez bruyants (certainement causé par d'autres locataires qui sont là pour faire à le fête tardivement).
Ascenseur
Piscine magnifique avec bcp de transats et très peu de monde (horaire d'été qui mériterait d'être élargi)
Connexion wifi
Au prix dont l'appartement est loué, il mériterait un bon coup de neuf. En effet, bcp de choses sont âgées, abimées, voire cassées (interrupteur cassé, bas de douche complètement rouillé, vaisselle collante / non lavée...).
Niveau propreté, on peut mieux faire (sable sous les tapis, bcp de poussière en hauteur...).
Petit problème dans le respect du check-in (petit SMS pour avertir d'un retard et qui demande de la compréhension, car il s'agirait d'un problème rencontré avec le précédent locataire - ok, mais nous attendions depuis plusieurs heures... et ce n'est pas cool de prévenir quelques minutes avant). Par contre, le problème a été vite réglé et l'appartement rendu disponible.

The location was the most positive aspect of our choice of apartment. Clean yes but very tired looking.
Advertised as 2 bedroom apartment Bedroom 1 fine , bedroom 2 on the other hand single bed as can only be described as on an enclosed balcony with nothing else but a washing machine in there, which resulted in the room having a damp fusty smell to it. Not fit to sleep in chose the sofa bed in the lounge which was the lesser of the 2 evils resulting in severe back pain after 3 nights. Place is in need of a bit of a face-lift to be fair throughout.
