The apartment had a welcoming energy from the moment we walked in . It was very clean and neatly organised . It was well stocked with ample supplies . Very Easy communication and the check in and out process was very turnkey - a big plus !
I enjoyed the efforts made with the binders and guest book . The pool was beautiful and well maintained . Was overall quiet in the area with only some occasional noise from the road . Parking onsite a plus , although with an SUV took some manouevering 😍
The only thing might be a suggestion to have some additional fans for the bedrooms on hot ter days . And that we couldn’t stay longer !

It’s a well presented modern apartment, clean and with good amenities with its own private parking space which was good for us as we’d hired a car for the week
My own fault for not checking in advance but I was surprised to find there was no central AC installed in such a modern building. The temps weren’t too bad but the high humidity made it uncomfortable at times. I wonder if it would benefit from a portable dehumidifier in the apartment to help manage comfort levels.

Brand new beautifully furnished place, full kitchen and laundry facilities. Felt like a home away from home.
Parking is a little tight to manoeuvre but luckily I had a small car - it’s a private carpark under the apartment though so it’s safe, secure, and convenient.
No air conditioning (was my fault for not noticing it wasn’t a feature) but it wasn’t a big issue in the end as the apartment stayed cool enough.

Appartement moderne, spacieux, confortable et propre.
Une salle de bain par chambre, Douches à l'italienne.
La piscine en bas de l'immeuble.
La proximité (un quart d'heure) de la ville, des commerces et des restaurants
Un peu de bruit à cause de la rue assez passante (Funchal est une vraie fourmilière).
Chaleur la nuit (pas de clim)
Poussière et bruit dus au chantier temporaire voisin.
La rue pour accéder à la ville n'est pas très agréable pour les piétons.
