Central location, great communication. Acquiring keys easy. Nice views. Sauna and soa were good. Street noise (not much at this height) stopped at 10 most nights
Due to maintenance overrunning time frame pool and spa not available till last day of stay. Out of owners control.

view is amazing right in the heart of cavill cozy little room
maybe putting a cover on the duvet/doona?and definitely would pre organise parking, there is parking at the property but $30 a day otherwise amazing

Building is old, entrance smelly.
Studio unit is tiny. Air con does not work so there is a portable unit that is excessively noisy & dries the air in the tiny seriously hot room. This unit takes up heaps of space. One recliner chair that doesn’t recline. TV in weird position. Tiny bar fridge & microwave.
Really not worth the money but the owner refunded when we left 4 days early cos we couldn’t stand it any longer.
