The property managers were terrific - very responsive to communications and very professional from booking and right throughout the stay. Lovely location. Short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and public transport (trams and buses). Apartment was neat and very clean. Definitely a place to add to your short list. I'd stay here again without any hesitation.

This is probably my 6th or 7th stay in this same facility and it never disappoints. Super clean, super efficient, excellent location. Highly recommended.
The internet was a bit slow this time, but it could have been from the internet provider itself, because we had similar problems even when using 4G.

El departamento con todo lo necesario para una estadía excelente.
La zona donde está ubicado, accesible al centro pero en un lugar privilegiado por la marina y los lugares nocturnos. Excelente wifi!!!!!

Quiet, nice view, 2 large balconies, modern feel, quick communication with the management.
Somehow the address copied from booking.com page led us to another end of the same street via google maps - so check you address. Apartment F2 would need some attention:
There is a construction site next to the building, so it became quite noisy early in the morning.
Smaller issues, that compounded: bed came apart during normal use. Shower tap is leaking water. No holder for toilet paper. No shelf to place amenities in the bathroom.
