The beds were super comfy, it had all the facilities and things we needed. The hot tub was excellent, just remember to give it many hours to warm up!!

Beautiful, new and very clean apartment with tasteful design. The huge terrace with a private jacuzzi was a big plus. Perfect choice for a larger group of friends.
The building feels very safe — there are cameras in the corridors and security guards, so both the building and the area are secure.
Amazing location with many restaurants and nightlife nearby. Budapest is a wonderful city and we had a great time. We will definitely return!

The location is truly great - right in the center surrounded by restaurants and cafes (the street noise didn't bother us). Having a free parking garage conveniently close by was also a huge plus. The jacuzzi was a nice feature for unwinding after our business meetings.
The pricing feels misleading due to hidden fees that only appear at the very final booking step - specifically a €60 cleaning fee plus an unexpected "resort fee." This is something I have never seen on Booking.
As for the apartment, the biggest issue was the overwhelming chemical smell of fabric softener on all linens and towels, which only masked a damp, mildew odor that surfaced the moment towels got wet. General maintenance is lacking: the entrance PIN pad is malfunctioning and made unlocking the door a struggle every time, curtains are torn and dusty, and only one out of the three bedrooms has a wardrobe. The jacuzzi also lacked clear instructions and could have been cleaner.
