Good location, clean apartment, very cosy living room, good facilities (only place on my italy trip that had laundry and dryer so that was handy) kitchen had all the utensils as well
No exhaust in the bathroom. There is a window but didn't really do much. One of the bedrooms(attached to the living rooms) had ac in the living room so didn't really cool that room well

The apartment is very well-positioned in the city, in an area that looks very safe. Around a 15-20 minute walk from all major attractions and 10 minutes by bus (if the bus arrives on schedule, which rarely does).
The apartment is spacious, renovated, comfortable, and has most of the things you need for a family of four to cook something quickly. We also had AC in both rooms, and the windows are soundproof. Overall, the first impressions were good.
There is also plenty of parking space around the apartment, but unfortunately, most of the parking meters were not working.
The customer service was outstanding, and they helped us with everything we asked!!! 10+ for customer service.
There are some issues that really need to be mentioned:
1. The apartment is only superficially cleaned. For instance, the filter on the dryer has probably never been cleaned; the picture I attached is AFTER I cleaned it.
2. Our one-year-old son sweated a lot during the night, and the bed sheets turned a yellowish colour. We asked for new bed sheets, and when we replaced them, we found that the mattress was not dirty; it was gross, looking like a pig was slaughtered on it.
3. There are mosquito nets on only some of the windows; the main bedroom doesn't have them, and again, our one-year-old son got covered in mosquito bites during our stay there.
4. The toilets appeared superficially clean again as the water bowl looked gross.
5. There was a permanent, mouldy smell in the apartment.
Given how much we paid for this apartment, these kind of issues should not exist.
