Die Ausstattung ist neu und modern. Außerdem wurde auf Qualität (Elektrogeräte, Matratzen, usw.) geachtet. Die Fotos aus dem Innenbereich der Wohnung entsprechen der Realität.

Die Treppe zum Schlafraum ist sehr steil und die Trittflächen sind sehr kurz (Größe 38 passt nur diagonal auf die Stufe). Zudem ist der Handlauf in der oberen Hälfte instabil. Die Bilder vom Außenbereich entsprechen nur in Ansätzen der Realität. Dort befinden sich unter anderem Mülltonnen, alte Gartenmöbel, kaputtes Kinderspielzeug usw. Der kleine Sitzbereich befindet sich im Grunde in einem Garagenhof. Ein Blick aufs Allgäu war nicht möglich, da der Baum und die Hecken ihn verhinderten.
