Close to the foreshore and shops and restaurants. Pub downstairs was great!
Noise from other rooms. Walls are paper thin. We also had a fire evac at 3 am which didn't help. But was no fault of management.

It was very clean and quiet.
There wasn’t a plug in next to one of the beds and the shower wasn’t heating up half the time. Also the water pressure wasn’t good at all.

Good location…the pub on the ground floor had good food and beverages and the staff were attentive and courteous. Parking to the rear was handy…not often a thing for this type of accommodation. Locally brewed craft beer. Cereal , coffee and tea available in the common area, fridges for your food and drinks.
The tv in my room wasn’t working which was a bit of a pain as I had hoped to watch the sport ( AFL….I’m a Victorian! The pub were , of course, showing RL!) but that’s a small issue. I wouldn’t like to have stayed in one of the “ pods” I had a private room with a bathroom.

スタッフはみんな親切で明るい人たち。
このホテルは新しいので、カプセルの外観や内装は綺麗です。
共用部については、ダイニングのソファ以外は家具家電系と内装新しいです。
良くない点というわけではないですが、泊まる前に知っておきたかったな！と思ったことを書きます。
キッチンがあると表記してあるが、ガスコンロやIHがないので料理はできません。
調理機器で用意してあるのは、湯沸かしポットと電子レンジとトースターがありました。
ホテルの周りには飲食店やスーパーマーケット、コンビニが多いのでなんとか生きていけますが、節約したくてこのホテルにしたのに食費で支出が増えます。笑
無料の朝食というのは、フルクリームの牛乳と何種類かのシリアルだけです。
次の日の朝食が前日の深夜くらいにキッチンにセットされます。
朝6時とかに起きて食べよう！と思っても早い者勝ちなので基本は朝にはシリアルはないです。
シリアルをゲットしたい人は深夜にスタッフが補充に来るのを待ち構えていてください。笑
喫煙所から補充しにくるスタッフが見えるので、スモーカーは喫煙所でシリアルの補充を待ち構えているとゲットできます。
