The appartment is new and cosy, decorated with very good taste and fully equipped with big refrigerator, all kitchen utilities, stove and induction cook top, espresso coffee maker, toaster and more and all necessary amenities.
Despite the fact that the entrance door and the window are open to the sidewalk (ground floor) , the sturdy door and the protective railing of the window make you feel safe and protected and street seemed quiet. The fact that it is very close to Nea Paralia is a plus! The very short response time of the owner is also another plus
From its name (Four suns loft) I expected a sunny loft which is surely not the case! It is situated on the ground floor next to shops and amongst 4 floor apartment buildings with limited access to sunlight. Analypseos is a narrow street of Kalamaria with a narrow side walk on this side of the street, the neighbourhood is densely populated so it makes it difficult to park, but it became possible after some decisive and positive effort.

Manager was very nice, fast to reply, and saved me in a pinch! The place was perfect :)
