The location was perfect - 10 minutes walk from Wembley stadium and from Wembley Central tube station. The whole apartment and bedding was spotlessly clean. Although we didn't need to use the garage, it was good to have the option. WiFi was excellent and the kitchen facilities were perfectly adequate for the stay. The furniture, although minimalist, was very good quality. The shower and hot water were very good.
The decor was quite shabby, both inside and out - the standard of painting etc was clearly DIY. None of the mattresses was the right size for the bases. The gardens were overgrown with weeds and litter and the back fence was broken. The Yale lock on the front door was very loose in its fixing hole (although the other mortise lock on that door was very secure). There were only two mismatched mugs and a very small china tea set for hot drinks.

The location for Wembley Stadium was fantastic which is what we were looking for as we were going to a concert there.
It was extremely hot weather when we visited and there were no fans on the property. When I asked the host about them he didn't get back to me.
Might be good to invest in them for the future.

WiFi was good. Very close to Wembley and communication from the host is good.
No hot water at all and the bathroom did not have enough privacy at the window.
The back door did not look safe and there were large gaps all around it.
Very sparse furniture and desperately needs updating. The double bed needs a new mattress as there is a huge dip in the middle.
The property is at the top of a steep hill which we struggled with due to mobility.
It would also help if the keys were labelled for each lock.
