The facility was neat and clean, really liked the breakfast dining, staff was friendly and helpful.

1. There were no double queen accessible rooms, only one king. So care giver/support person would have to sleep in the same bed as the elder/disabled person. Our room had two queens but no handrails in the bathroom or anywhere. 2. Also would have liked some kind of night light to help elder mom find bathroom easily at night. Would have liked an extra blanket in the room. 3. The air conditioner outside our window made noise coming on and off all night. 4. Soundproofing poor. Heard visitors from floor above stomping around late at night.

I had never heard of or remember seeing a Cobblestone Hotel before but stayed based on photos, reviews and location. I was not disappointed. Also, it was pet friendly. The staff was friendly although I only encountered them on check in and check out. The breakfast was an 8 out of 10, with scrambled eggs (probably powdered) and biscuits and gravy as well as a waffle station, cereal, some breads and small cake donuts, etc. Orange and apple juice and other various choices. Our room was clean though it was carpeted, and carpeting certainly traps more dirt than hard-surface flooring. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. I felt the price was a little high, but it is high season and there are not a lot of options in that area. We were there on a busy Friday night. If I go back to Ephraim I'll probably stay there again as the overall experience was certainly very good.

These are nit picky, but I did notice that all of the outdoor trash receptacles were overflowing with trash both in the evening and still in the morning. The breakfast room was a little small so we had to wait a few minutes for a table, but we were there on a busy weekend. We were on the first floor (as requested) and we could hear the people above us moving about. At one point it sounded like they dropped a bowling ball on the floor. The only chair in the room was a small office or desk chair, but there was hardly room for anything else.
