Excellent location - good parking - clean and perfect for a short stay
A little small but as we weren’t there much over the weekend that was fine.

Great location in Newbury, with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was modern and clean. The host also provided fans, which were very welcome as we stayed during the heatwave. The chilled water and milk were a lovely touch and much appreciated. Free parking was available at the back.

The location was ideal, very central and close to many establishments and activities.
The property is very modern, extremely clean and the owners left some thoughtful items for our use.
Nothing to add here, all was great from our experience.

Area. Fans as so hot.
Parking in private car park total nightmare due to inconsiderate locals parking so frustrating.
Getting through the side gate to the stairs, black bin full and very heavy blocking the hat inside.
Dust, Dust, the blinds were layered in dust and if you tried to open windows the dust was horrible. Coffee maker nice touch if someone would only de scale it.
It could be so much nicer if someone paid some attention to detail..
