Check in was straightforward, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. There was a faint cigarette smell in the room so the staff provided air freshener and incense to clear the air. Also, we went looking for water late at night and they were able to provide a couple of bottles.
The cigarette smell temporarily went away with fresh air from outside and air freshener, however it came back later. The bedsheets were not as clean as I would have liked. The bathroom didn't have an extraction fan IIRC. We found the hotel was a bit far from the city, so auto rides there were more expensive than we expected.
