Studiotyyppinen uudenaikainen asunto. Naapurit seinän takana ja yläkerrassa. Kvalöyan saaressa jyrkähkössä rinteessä. Aivan talon eteen saa parkkiin. Ainakin mun majoitushetkellä Tromssan iso silta oli suljettu, vesistön ali menee tunneli hieman pohjoisempana josta pääsee. Yksi kuvista on asunnosta ja muut lähiympäristöstä.

It was very clean and the location is very nice. You open the curtains and you see the amazing view of the sea.
There’s not any direct communication with the owner/responsible. The messages we received seemed automatic. Also it’s about 15 km from the city center, so for sure you need a car to go.
Also, it was quite hot during the night inside.

A plus for the fact that bed linen and towels were included in the price. Good duvets and pillows. There were enough cooking utensils. Nice views from the windows. Peaceful location.
We sent a request regarding early check-in, and it was approved. In the same message, we received the access code and the address. The property was difficult to find, as there were three identical houses next to each other with no clearly visible apartment numbers. The message stated that the apartment number would be marked on the door. In reality, the number was eventually found on a pallet (serving as a doorstep) in front of the door.
Despite having been granted early check-in, we actually arrived only at 4 PM – not any earlier. Still, the apartment had not been cleaned after the previous guests: the bed had dirty sheets, there were cans in the kitchen, dirty towels in the bathroom, trash on the floor, etc.
The host, who apparently lives upstairs from the apartment, came over and promised that someone would come to clean the place. We waited for another hour until the apartment was cleaned and we were finally able to check in. We received no discount or even a proper apology for the delay.
After 10 PM in the evening, we heard the sound of a drill at the door – apparently, that’s when someone finally started attaching the apartment number sign. Throughout the evening, we also clearly heard all footsteps from the upstairs apartment.
After 11 PM, when we had already gone to bed, we woke up to someone trying to enter the apartment with a key. There was a woman at the door speaking either Russian or Ukrainian, who explained via Google Translate that she had been sent to clean the apartment.
Additionally, we would have appreciated at least a few coat hooks – there were none. There was also no kitchen table where one could sit down to eat, which made the space feel incomplete.
Based on this experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this property.
