The staff (Miya) was exquisite and extremely efficient. The tea she serves is great and the way she does it even more
The extra services provided are great but a bit expensive. The room is not cleaned every day

1. Room was big and bed was comfortable.
2. High floor and beautiful view.
3. Location was beside a sub way and also lots of good eating places.
4. Host was super friendly and also helpful.
1. There is no lift to our room, and stairs to our room from the main corridor (which the lift brought us to) was very tight and challenging especially when checking out early we need to bring the baggage down the stairs very carefully. This room is not suitable for elderly or handicapped.
2. Water pressure is not optimal thus showering can be kind of slow.
3. The breakfast area is relatively small and need small cleaning.
