Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Liked there was coffee available 24/7 in lobby. Staff was polite. The property and room was clean.

I really liked the room. The pillows were so soft, and the bed was very comfortable. Most of all, I loved the breakfast—it was absolutely perfect!
One thing I did not like was how the remote-control issue was handled. When I asked the front desk for a battery because the remote was not working, the response was simply, “I can’t do anything. That’s maintenance. I’m just at the infrastructure desk, and we don’t have extra batteries.” I understand that some issues are handled by maintenance, but I felt the approach could have been more professional and helpful. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working, which was inconvenient during our stay.The toilet tank was tilted. It was still working, but I was concerned that it might eventually give out or cause a problem.

Value was good. Room was clean
Staff at check out did not even realize I was there and did not even look up from her phone. Pool table should be able to used that early in the morning. That is what you want to hear is some construction works playing pool at 0600 hooping and hollering. The room close to the lobby definitely can here this. Lobby TV was to loud. No one is watching all night long. Two remotes in the room and no idea what one was for. Thermostat on the wall did not control the AC unit. Had to go over and change temp on the unit. Water pressure sucks. Took about 10 minutes just to et warm water never let it run long enough to see if I could get hot water. Takes forever for the toilet fill after a flush and the if the flapper valve seats.
