Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt und können dieses Apartment von Herzen weiterempfehlen! ❤️
Das Apartment ist sehr modern, mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail und gleichzeitig sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wurde, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts – man hat alles, was man für einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht.
Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Terrasse! Sie ist einfach 1A und wunderschön. Dort kann man wunderbar entspannen und die Ruhe genießen. Auch die gesamte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Gleichzeitig ist man mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten in Nidri, sodass man schnell alles erreicht, was man braucht.
Zur Anlage gehören außerdem ein Parkplatz und ein Pool – für uns einfach die perfekte Kombination.
Auch der Gastgeber war unglaublich lieb und herzlich. Wir wurden sogar mit einer Flasche Wein begrüßt, was direkt für einen wunderschönen ersten Eindruck gesorgt hat. Nach ein paar Tagen gab es außerdem eine Reinigung mit frischen Handtüchern. Alles war bestens organisiert und hat vollkommen reibungslos funktioniert.
Auch unser später Check-in und der frühe Check-out waren überhaupt kein Problem. Die Kommunikation und gesamte Abwicklung waren unkompliziert und entspannt.
Wir reisen viel und haben dadurch schon sehr viele Hotels und Apartments gesehen. Dieses Apartment gehört definitiv zu den schönsten, in denen wir bisher waren. Es ist wirklich ein Ort, an dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt und am liebsten noch länger bleiben möchte. 🥰
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon darauf, wiederzukommen und können dieses Apartment wirklich jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit! ❤️

Since we have relatives to Lefkada and visit every year, we are familiar with Nikiana. The position or this rental property is average to good. Moreover it is a new facility and the parking is easy nearby ( if the designated spot is taken). The view is also nice and not easily found in old properties at Nikiana.
Besides the fact that we needed to stay without water for 18 hours ( based on the local news there is a dispute between hotel owners and the local authorities) we did not feel that the managers are on top ( maybe Mr George tried somehow to aleviate the problems, but the ruined vacations had already taken place.) The first day the pool was dirty but next day it was cleaned. At the same building there are several rentals, which creates a mess with keeping the order who parks where and I was constantly getting asked which was my car, even if I had parked it elsewhere to avoid all this mess. All in all, no value for money property and would not visit or reccomend it to others.
