Location, responsiveness of host (who allowed me to store my luggage in the room after checkout), access to shopping, transport, and restaurants
Problem with air-conditioning. It tended to cut off in the middle of the night, making the room quite warm. No shower curtain, so water spills all over when having a shower, no kettle to boil water (just a water dispenser which didn't work). Minor irritations which affected overall experience.
