The decking
The smell of sewage, the lack of proper cleaning, the dodgy dining chairs, the window that wouldn’t open, the fridge handle that came off when you looked at it, because the screws weren’t up to the job, the dirty marks on the sofa, the kitchen drawers that didn’t glide as they should, the dirty saucepans, the lack of toilet roll, no bath mats, the rubber missing off the bottom of the glass shower door, the lack of dish washer tablets and tea towels when YOU want the place left clean, the fact it hadn’t been hoovered and most of all, the £60 charge to have a duvet cover put on with sheets that didn’t even fit the mattress. Utterly disappointing.

Wi-Fi, decent size for us three, I like the fact it had an en suit. Lay out of caravan was nice. Patio door was nice, and decking. Cold bag of Ice left in freezer was a nice touch at that time of year.
The bedding pillows etc had sweat marks on from previous guests. Toilet seat in en suit was loose nearly chopping bits off. The shower in en suit was cold water constantly, loose towel rail in main bathroom. Caravan out side was covered in cobwebs, had to brush outside and vacuum inside for cobwebs as well on arrival, oven trays were burnt, top cutlery drawer in kitchen kept getting jammed with wire hanging down the back, lights in units above heads hanging out, chairs to sit out on decks all broken unable to sit out. Our neighbouring caravan visitor was exceptionally rude in front of our son about his father my husband. The chairs in the kitchen/lounge were really wobbly. the runner over table really dirty ingrained food on. The kitchen window blinds dirty. I found the complex/Site hard to get my head around, it was easy to get lost.
