Obiekt ładny i z potencjałem, ale przez zachowanie personelu zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca rodzinom z dziećmi an
Obiekt jest dobrze wyposażony, czysty i położony blisko jeziora i morza. Teren jest przestronny, z basenem, placem zabaw, trampoliną i miejscem wyznaczonym na rozpalenie ogniska. Pod tym względem nie ma większych zastrzeżeń.
Podczas całego pobytu z dziećmi i małymi psami na terenie ośrodka praktycznie bez przerwy przebywał personel (w samochodzie, w remontowanym lub wolnym domku), który ewidentnie nas obserwował, pilnował i – jak się później okazało – skrupulatnie zbierał „dowody naszych przewinień”. Zdecydowanie utrudniało to swobodny wypoczynek, bo w pewnym momencie zaczęliśmy się czuć jak nieproszeni intruzi, a nie goście, którzy przyjechali odpocząć.
Regulamin ośrodka jest nieprzejrzysty – nie określa jasno, co zabezpiecza pobierana kaucja ani za co może zostać zatrzymana (poza wzmianką o nieposprzątaniu domku). Brakuje informacji o monitoringu, mimo że nagrania z kamer próbowano wykorzystać przy rozliczeniu pobytu. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami RODO miejsca objęte monitoringiem powinny być wyraźnie oznaczone, a cel nagrywania powinien być znany osobie nagrywanej. Sama ogólna wzmianka „monitoring wokół obiektu” na portalu rezerwacyjnym nie spełnia tych wymogów i wprowadza w błąd sugerując, że chodzi o bezpieczeństwo, a nie jak się okazało, inwigilację. Nie ma też wyraźnych oznaczeń, gdzie grillowanie jest dozwolone, a gdzie nie – na koniec personel zarzucił nam grillowanie w niedozwolonym miejscu.
Do rozliczenia obsługa podeszła już z gotowymi nagraniami i „dowodami”, a kaucję próbowano częściowo potrącić z absurdalnych powodów, m.in. małe psy „robiące siku” pod krzakiem, złamana gałązka róży, wygięta lampka w trawie czy „szkody” wyrządzone przez dzieci styropianowym samolocikiem itp. Sprawiało to wrażenie celowego szukania pretekstu do zatrzymania kaucji od samego początku naszego pobytu – być może tylko dlatego, że byliśmy liczną grupą z dziećmi i zwierzętami.
