Great owner and location, can see that we wants to do well for you and accommodate you in the best way possible. Location also very very good, in a quiet street tucked away from the chaos of the central part and only a 10 minute walk to the station and even less to the main street so very convenient indeed. The bed and balcony were also very nice, got a great view of brindisi and the bed was super comfortable. The A/C works greatly as well.
I think the number one problem was the cleanliness and facilities of the place. The room walls and floors looked used and old and you could see dust on the closest doors. The kitchen area wasn’t too clean either, most cups were stained and probably the worst part was the oven. Filthy from the inside and just unusable if you wanted to put anything in. I Would recommend for alessandro to get the oven cleaned and the kettle cleaned once a month at least (limestone build-up from the inside of the kettle).
I think for kitchen facilities we could do with - a cleaned electric kettle, cleaned oven, a cutting board (wooden or ceramic), and teaspoons as there was none.

Lokalizacja super! Do lotniska pieszo godzinka. Super widok z okna, super kontakt z właścicielem cały czas
Śmierdzi w pokoju oraz w łazience, nie wietrzone. Podłoga się klei, ręczniki nie pachniały praniem, ja rozumiem że to jest tani nocleg ale o porządek nie jest trudno zadbać ;(
