Wow. I fell in love the moment I walked in the studio. It was modern, clean, and designed very well with an incredible view.
Plenty of storage to unpack.
The bed and linens are comfortable. An honorable mention goes out to the pillows. There are 2 thicker big pillows that are perfect for sitting up. And there are two smaller flatter pillows perfect for your neck for sleeping. Really appreciate that thoughtfulness.
Really enjoyed cooking my own meals in the sufficient kitchen with a dining space. All the kitchenware is new from refrigerator to microwave to pots and pans and the kettle. It’s honestly the best kitchen knife I’ve ever used at an accommodation. The filtered water is also a huge plus.
There’s adequate space to work online and the WiFi is definitely reliable.
I appreciated how you can switch between aircon and a fan.
There is hot water, good pressure, and toiletries in the bathroom.
You can have cleaning service every three days and it’s so nice to come back home to how well they’ve done.
The building has an ATM, a parcel room, self service laundry upstairs with a reading room while you’re waiting on your clothes. Or you can up to the gym area and the coworking space. Or up to roof with an amazing pool overlooking the city.
The location is in the heart of little India with lots of Indian restaurants and an enormous mall that has a supermarket, other types of food, a movie theater and a whole lot more within a 7 minute walk. Buses and metros are super close as well.
My direct contact for the room, Rabbi, was always available and there was never a lag in response time whenever I messaged him.
The building is also super secure with security always present at the door that is keycard access only, the loading area, and pool.
I’m paying more than my normal budget but I’ve justified it with the self kitchen, laundry, and all the other modern amenities here, so overall value is good.
You need your own Netflix account. I thought maybe the agency had their own account for the room.
There weren’t really enough lounge chairs at the pool and they don’t adjust.
The shower water tends to spray out on the floor. Seems like only the handheld shower head produces hot water and not the overhead shower head.
The parcel room is quite disorganized.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The room was absolutely beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as I expected.
The check-in and meeting were perfectly on time, and everything went smoothly. Whenever I had any questions or needed help, Fazle Rabbi was always there to assist me. He was very helpful, responsive, and made everything much easier, including helping me extend my stay.
A huge thank you to Fazle Rabbi for his kindness and excellent service! I really appreciate all his help.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay and great service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Their staff give a very good corporation when i had a problem to get inside room and need dual key.
They still didn’t refund rm200 for the deposit fee. Today was 2/8/25. I check out on 24/7/25. More than 1 week. They promised to refund by 5 days on working day. I think i was scammed by the owner. I will never get the deposit fee back. Anyone else should think twice to stay with them if not u got the same issues like me. They not giving back your deposit fee. Today they are not reply to my massage on whatsapp group.
