Had an excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They also have a great Cafe Berē serving amazing breakfast and an amazing sushi bar called Kokoa Sushi Wok downstairs. Overall atmosphere made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

The property is beautiful and very peaceful. I would definitely stay there again. However, there are a few important details that were not included in the description:
An additional fee may apply when paying by credit card at check-in, so you may want to confirm the available payment options beforehand.
The main entrance remains locked most of the day, and guests are not provided with a way to open it themselves. Someone from the property must let you in or out, but the reception desk is not always staffed. You can message the staff to request access, although the response can sometimes take several minutes. This can be inconvenient when you are in a hurry.
The property operates more like a vacation rental than a traditional hotel, so guests should not expect daily housekeeping. This was not a major issue for me, but I think it is useful information to know before booking.
