Ao escolher o Amazon busquei a referencia dos quartos do predio principal, o qual vi nas imagens e já conhecia por ter me hospedado. O quarto 104 é aconchegante, climatizado, acabamento de primeira e muito conforto. Café da manhã espetacular. O atendimento dos recepcionistas, muito acolhedor.
Na ala que fica anexa ao prédio, próximo à academia, o quarto (225) tem acabamento inferior ao prédio principal, ar condicionado não funciona, afinal, sem conforto pelo valor pago na diária. Apos falar que iria cancelar, o atendente foi muito prestativo e transferiu para o quarto 104.
Um dos elevadores o botão do “Térreo” não funcionou.
Como estão em reforma, busquem manter o padrão em todos os quartos.

Café da manhã bom. Nada excepcional.
O hotel está em obras e só um elevador funciona.
A TV ficou sem sinal por dois dias.

Not a lot. It was acceptable for a night’s stay. Breakfast was ok.
Turning up and waiting 25 minutes to check in - without even an acknowledgement of the delay from the ponderous receptionist. Broken lift which meant long waits, if it arrived at all. I hesitated before getting in. The flickering ceiling light in the reception area summed it up. Poorly run, with a careless attitude to guests. Felt like a place on its way down.
