Fab location for a family wanting a weekend at Werribee Zoo.

This is a great big house - easily accommodates 8. Close to Werribee Zoo and some fantastic local eating. 4 sets of double beds or bigger. Couch was comfy, dinning table seats 6. Loved that this was pet friendly property!

Disgusting, don't ever book this place!!

Disgusting condition. Don’t ever book this place! Clearly had not been cleaned at all. -there was cigarettes butts all over the backyard -the stove was dirty -the oven had old, cooked, garlic bread left in it on an oven tray -the kitchen sink had crumbs in it -there was no amenities, no tea or coffee -for a 4 bedroom house there was 1 tiny fry pan but the teflon was scratched so badly and not safe to use -some bowls were in the cupboard dirty -all of the bins out the front were full -the 2 bathrooms with showers were not even cleaned. They both had dirty water on the base, hair, and orange slimy scum. -the toilets had not been cleaned, all have urine drips under the seats -the bath mat in master en-suite has some sort of stain appearing to be fake tan/faeces -the floor throughout the whole house was filthy! Our kids had black feet within minutes -the beds were uncomfortable and terrible quality, some broken slats and just pushed back together We booked this house for the bath as we have young kids. When I arrived, I called to ask where the bath is & was told the room had accidentally been locked from the inside by the guests before us. I was told someone will come soon to unlock it. I asked what time as I need to bath my kids 5pm, I was told yes someone will definitely be there before then. I then asked so does that mean it hasn’t been cleaned? The story was then changed to the door was accidentally locked after the person cleaning had come. 4:30pm came, I called again making sure someone is coming to unlock the bathroom door to access the bath, I was told no, they are now coming tomorrow morning 7am. In the morning I called at 8:15am to inform that no one had come to unlock the bathroom door. I was then told they cannot come this morning now until 11am. Once returned from the zoo approx 2pm the bathroom door was open. The bathroom was disgusting & clearly hadn’t been cleaned.

If you want a 3 stay stay for a 5 star price stay here. Terrible

The pottery was dirty. There was a pile of rubbish in the garage and the e outside bins were full and smelt. All the bed linen smelt musty In be of the toilets wouldn’t even flush and we had to kill spiders in the bathtub and there were little black ants in every room The furniture was cheap and horrible and one of the beds kept falling apart with the slats falling through and it being unable to be slept on Four coffee satchels for four people for two nights. Every amenity was cheap and terrible The paint work was dirty and covered in stains Literally the only decent thing about the whole place was they had soft pillows

This is a great big house - easily accommodates 8. Close to Werribee Zoo and some fantastic local eating. 4 sets of double beds or bigger. Couch was comfy, dinning table seats 6. Loved that this was pet friendly property!
