Club Efes’te çok güzel bir tatil geçirdik. Otel daha rezervasyon öncesinden itibaren iletişim konusunda çok ilgiliydi; sorularımıza her zaman nazik ve açıklayıcı şekilde cevap verdiler. Konaklamamız sırasında da tüm personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımsever olması bizi çok memnun etti.
Otelin konumu çok iyi, iki havuzu da temiz, bakımlı ve yenilenmiş görünüyor. Özel plajının olması ve plaj kullanımının konaklamaya dahil olması da büyük bir avantaj. Oda temizliği konusunda günlük temizlik için ayrıca talepte bulunmak gerekiyordu, ancak istediğimizde her şey sorunsuz şekilde yapıldı.
Özellikle restoran bölümünde çalışan Hayriye, Hüseyin, Zeynep, Cennet ve Ensar’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde her zaman güler yüzlü, nazik ve çok ilgiliydiler. Küçük kızımızla seyahat ettiğimiz için ona gösterdikleri ekstra ilgi de bizi çok mutlu etti.
Genel olarak kendimizi çok iyi karşılanmış hissettik. Club Efes’i özellikle personelinin misafirperverliği, konumu, havuzları ve özel plajı için kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz.

Driving up to the property was a lovely surprise. It looked much more impressive than we had expected, but it lived up to first impressions. The room was spacious, water pressure and temperature from the shower was superb, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included in our rate, but although there was plenty of food, it wasn't particularly varied. But all in all, it was a great stay and excellent value
The wi-fi. The signal was so weak it essentially wasn't even functional.
