Great location, with big well appointed rooms. Very comfortable bed. Lovely finish and details, good lighting and mirrors and brilliant shower.

I was very disappointed that my room was not properly cleaned. Hair in the bed and multiple others in the bathroom. I was given another room and cleanliness was also an issue here. It was a shame because the accommodation otherwise was lovely. Lack of staff/ contact to address my issue was very frustrating

Excellent location in heart of town centre Very modern beautiful furnishings surroundings spotlessly clean hotel

Everything was fab I was apprehensive at first regarding the technology codes etc for gates Upon arrival but a family member helped show me how it worked so if I return it would be easier now I know what to do

Modern, ideal for friend groups staying

The bathroom didn’t have a window so was quite smelly, the drain needed properly cleaning.
