While the property manager was professional and well-mannered, the rest of the stay fell well below expectations. The remaining service staff lacked professional training, and the apparent use of underage labor was deeply concerning. Given these issues, I would not recommend this establishment nor choose to stay here again.

While the property manager was polite and well-mannered, the remaining staff lacked professional training, and the apparent reliance on underage labor was deeply concerning.
Housekeeping & Maintenance:
Cleanliness was severely neglected throughout the premises. Dust covered the room and dining tables, uncleaned tea spills were visible on the stairs, and trash was scattered across common areas. Furthermore, the bathroom fixtures were loose and improperly maintained.
Overall Experience:
The owners are clearly not reinvesting into the business to maintain basic hygiene or infrastructure. Due to the poor operational standards and lack of maintenance, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning.
