The female staff at the reception was not responding on the WhatsApp number which they gave for asking the necessary things like fresh towels
Female staff at the reception was not welcoming
Proper hospitality training of female staff at the reception is required for this property so as to run the property smoothly without much of guest’s discomfort
Sometimes there was no hot water in the shower
There was no remote provided with the room key for opening and closing of main gate so each time a guest has to go out and return back to the property, he/she has to ask the staff at reception to open the main door, which is not a very convenient thing one want to do
