Extremely Disappointing Stay – Filthy Conditions

It had laundry facilities, and the room was spacious.

I had a terrible experience at this property and cannot recommend it to anyone. While the room itself was spacious and had a laundry area, the total lack of cleanliness completely ruined my stay. Cleanliness & Hygiene Issues The place was filthy upon arrival. First, I found hairs scattered around the bathroom. I sent a video to the host expecting her to send a cleaner, but she simply replied that she would "let her team know" without offering a solution. Later, I checked the bed and found more hairs on the sheets. They smelled awful—not fresh at all, but like someone had just slept in them. It was obvious the bedding had not been washed or changed. I sent another video to the host, only to receive the exact same copy-paste answer.
