Lokacija je super, u blizini imate supermarket, pekaru i oblizne kafice. Domacica ljubazna, gostoprimljiva sve pohvale.

Urednost i čistoća objekta. Nudjenje kafe od strane samog domaćina nakon ulaska u apartman.Zaista domacinski. Pristupačnost prodavnica i pekara u blizini apartmana kao i stanica za one koje putuju.

Što je domaćin imao strani broj telefona za kontakt nije bosanski broj i teško je bilo stupiti u kontakt sa istim. Nema nigdje obiljezja naziva samog apartmana i teško ga je pronaći na mapi. Nije bas u blizini grada te oni sa poteskocem u hodanju morali bi se odvesti autom do grada.

Notre séjour s’est malheureusement très mal terminé. Pendant deux soirées, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude. Après avoir signalé le problème, on nous a indiqué qu’il fallait activer le chauffe-eau via un interrupteur. Nous l’avions effectivement éteint par erreur, mais cela ne nous avait jamais été expliqué à notre arrivée, ni mentionné dans les informations du logement. Nous l’avons donc rallumé. Pourtant, plus de sept heures plus tard, à notre retour, l’eau était toujours froide. Nous avons dû faire chauffer de l’eau dans des casseroles pour pouvoir nous laver. Nous avons ensuite été réprimandés pour avoir utilisé les casseroles, alors qu’il s’agissait de la seule solution dont nous disposions pour nous laver en l’absence d’eau chaude. Nous comprenons parfaitement qu’un problème technique puisse arriver. En revanche, ce qui nous a le plus déçus est la manière dont la situation a été gérée. Plutôt que de reconnaître le désagrément subi, nous avons reçu de nombreux messages expliquant que le problème venait de nous et qu’aucun geste commercial ne serait envisagé. Le paiement a également été source de stress. Nous pensions avoir payé via Booking, puis nous avons découvert que le règlement devait finalement se faire en espèces uniquement. Nous avons proposé des alternatives mais tout nous a été refusé. Au moment du départ, malgré un message écrit de leur fille indiquant clairement un montant de 250 BAM, le père a contesté cette somme. Ce n’est qu’après l’intervention de sa femme qu’il a finalement accepté le montant qui nous avait été communiqué. La barrière du parking a ensuite été fermée et il nous a été indiqué que nous ne pouvions pas repartir avec notre voiture tant que le paiement n’était pas effectué. Pourtant, nous n’avons jamais refusé de payer : nous cherchions simplement une solution de paiement et souhaitions aller retirer de l’argent à un distributeur.
