Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und groß. Die Küche hat alles was für den Alltag benötigt wird. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und entgegenkommend.
Die Unterkunft ist etwas außerhalb des Zentrums.

Отличное расположение дома, достаточно современный и чистый ЖК в хорошем окружении таких же современных домов, рядом с ТЦ Мега, где можно купить всё, что нужно, развлечься, в том числе с детьми. В самом доме есть круглосуточная аптека, небольшой продуктовый магазин с очень хорошим выбором фруктов, в корпусе рядом есть спа и массаж. В двух шагах ухоженная набережная канала, где можно погулять вечером. Отличный вид из окна на горы, достаточно быстро можно добраться из/в жд вокзал и аэропорт, а также в горы до Медеу. Очень доброжелательный и вежливый хозяин, точно рекомендую для аренды, воспользуюсь еще раз и сам с удовольствием.

I liked everything about this place: The fabulous view, the generous space, the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed, the responsive owner, really everything! I also found it convenient that all taxi drivers immediately knew the place ("Mega Towers"). It´s in walking distance to the shopping mall and to the canal which is nice for a stroll.
Being petty-minded: There´s no hot water at night, it´s at best lukewarm.
Also, I thought that a coffeeshop and/or breakfast option inside the tower would be an asset!

Не удобно для командировочных людей, как оказалось компания не предлагает закрывающие документы за эту усугу пришлось доплатить. далее мне предъявил хозяин или незнаю кто это был очень грубой форме , что я испортила полотенце и кровать . Я ездила с ребенком и предупредила что я с маленьким ребенком , соответственно полотенце попало пюре и другая грязь. Мне агрессивно хозяин сказал порча имущества и доказательства у нас есть , я не пойму для чего тогда полотенце ,что бы люди в них летали и не прикасались. это было очень грубо и не уважительно . Сама открывала такие гостиницы как Hilton Accor возмущена , что полотенце которые предусмотрены для удобства гостя при его загрязнении так грубо переходят в разряд порчи имущества . Местор расположение ЖК очень удобное ,но при таком отношении в гостям не за , что не буду повторно бронировать .It was inconvenient for business travelers, and as it turned out, the company does not provide official receipts/invoices for this service, so I had to pay extra.
Furthermore, the owner — or whoever that person was — spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner, accusing me of damaging a towel and the bed. I was traveling with my child and had informed them in advance that I would be staying with a small child. Naturally, some baby puree and other stains got on the towel.
The owner aggressively claimed it was “property damage” and said they had proof. I honestly do not understand what towels are provided for then — are guests supposed to never touch or use them?
The way this situation was handled was extremely rude and disrespectful. Having personally opened and managed hotels such as Hilton and Accor properties, I am shocked that towels intended for guest convenience are treated as “damaged property” simply because they became stained during normal use.
