The worst, I wasn’t able to get to the property. Scammers

Didn’t stay at the property which is i think it’s a scam, they gave me a wrong access code for the lockbox and nobody was responding to my message, even the number that they’re providing for any issues it wasn’t ON.

1-star: couldn’t access the key box, no one answered calls, and I ended up having to sleep in my car

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Firdaus Westgate 5. I was unable to access the key box upon arrival. The instructions said to enter code 1515, but it was already set to that number and still wouldn’t open. I tried calling the provided number multiple times with no response. As a result, I had no access to the property and was left with no option but to sleep in my car. There were no reasonably priced alternatives available, so I was completely stuck. Very poor communication and zero support when it was needed most. I would not recommend staying here.

I booked the property for only one night i paid 63£ the guys who work for this firdays westgate 5 they very worst services they send the codes with emails like usually propertis when I went to the building I was looking for the lockbox finally i found it and then i used the code which they gave it to me didn’t worked out so i called them 10 times no one answered for any explanation . Listen to me guys don’t ever try those properties I think they are scam

Don't waste your money!!!!!!

Nothing accomodation was appalling.

Be Warned' don't book this accommodation Do not waste your money on booking this place. I am surprised that Booking.com even has it listed as suitable accomodation. The rating is incorrect it should be 0 (zero). The finishing and fixtures are poor. It was filthy, cooker, fridge were stained and dirty. The floor was stained and unwashed. The settee was stained and bed/bed linen was nasty. The worktops has crumbs and stains all over. By this time I was so shocked that someone could let accommodation in such a state, that I was afraid to open the microwave and oven to have a look. Moreover, what can I say about the bathroom. It was disgusting!! I contacted the owner prior to my arrival explaining that I would require an early booking. Also I expected the accomodation to be very clean and was assured that it would be. On the day of my arrival I sent a message about wanting to check in early no response. After seeing the state of the accommodation I rang the owner and explained that I wanted a reimbursement so I could book somewhere else. He offered another property by the way it had a lower rating than the first. I said I was not interested but he insisted that I should have a look and if I didn't like it, he would return my money. So after waiting another hour, I received the check in details. This accommodation was totally unsuitable as it had winding stairs leading to the sleeping area. I message and rang the owner to get my money returned. What I got was no response, I left messages the following days, no response. Eventually after wasting an entire day, I managed to book into a lovely hotel. But what a waste of an entire day. Got to sleep at midnight after arriving in Huddersfield that morning at 7.am. It's not a one bedroom flat but a bedsit!!!!

Location

Door at main entrance wouldn’t close over, bed in Appartments was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Door to apartment I’ll fitting, light from hallway shines through any time someone passed and rattled, no towels supplied in facility.
