Location is beautiful, near to coast path. Very quiet spot. Lounge/diner and bedrooms comfortable. Good Smart TV & WiFi.
Curtains in both bedrooms too thin for east-facing rooms; suggest blackout liners added?
Ventilation fan in upstairs bathroom very noisy - like a lawn mower!
Games room was covered in dust & debris - we had to sweep table tennis table down.
Drive into properties needs repair before a car's suspension is damaged.
Found it difficult to follow instructions on finding the place!
Limited welcome pack with no info on using cooker etc.

The location of the property is stunning, with views of the sea and countryside. It is an excellent location if you are into walking as the coastal path is about 3 minutes from the front door. The cottage is next to the botanical gardens. But please note, the cottage is a renovated farm building, you will need to go down a very small section of farm track. This didn't bother me, but its not for everyone. There is so much safe space for children to play. As a solo traveler I felt very safe staying at the property.
The cottage is basic. it has everything you need for a comfortable stay. But there are no frills or extras. I think this is reflected in the price. But maybe a small welcome basket wouldn't go amiss, with some essentials in it as there are no shops nearby.
