It’s a stunning hotel with lovely rooms and great staff. The breakfast is fabulous.
Our initial room smelt of cigarette smoke. I don’t think I should have to walk into a room and have to smell it and ask to move. It should be identified and dealt with before guests arrive - and the room before fined. It was disgusting.
However, the staff quickly gave us another room we could move to that was fine.

Good room, great meal
Kitchen Aircon unit just outside my window - still running at 2300 (off by the morning) - incredibly loud!

Location: Very pleasant for those seeking countryside and space.
Parking: plenty of free parking space available.
Check-in: was very easy and staff showed us to our rooms.
Rooms: Well, I guess you get what you pay for. They are tiny but they do have clean and recently furnished shower/toilet rooms.
In summary, the accommodation is designed for budget travellers. The restaurant is very nice and rustic. Good ambiance, decor and food pretty good.
Given the architecture of the property it is difficult to imagine how they could improve without, say, create reasonable space by knocking two rooms into one. To do so would probably render the hotel part unviable.
