Very clean and spacious with a fantastic view
of the Roker Pier
Not a negative but, there are quite a few steep steps up to the front door. We had a 10month old with a pushchair but we did our research before hand so knew what was ahead. Just something for others to consider.

Perfect location for exploring the seafront & nearby areas by foot plus plenty of choice local bars & eateries. On site parking a bonus, apartment very spacious & comfy.

Flat was ideally located for the seafront and came with parking. It was good size although the front two bedrooms were small. It was well appointed.
Five of us stayed for a long weekend and all stated they would be happy to stay again.
The flat didn’t have WiFi which was not a problem as we used our phones to hotspot. I should imagine if you had children with their gadgets they may complain.
The front two bedrooms do suffer from road noise if you have the windows open.

Lovely seaside views. Great location for us as we were staying for our daughters graduation in Sunderland. Equipped with everything needed and very comfortable.
