Everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, available and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with an amazing view of the mountains and volcanoes. The villa itself was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. Kadek was an absolute highlight — both as part of the hotel team and as my guide for the Mount Batur sunrise trek. He was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and made the whole experience even better. Ketut was also extremely warm, helpful and always ready to assist. You can really feel that the staff genuinely care about their guests. I would definitely stay here again and I’m sure I’ll come back.

Personeel is heel vriendelijk, niks is teveel gevraagd. Echt super dat ze tours van Mount Batur regelen, zeker een aanrader om het via het verblijf te boeken. Onze gids was heel fijn! Anders is er ook mogelijkheid dat het verblijf je in de nacht naar het startpunt brengt. Bedden liggen prima en uitzicht is mooi!
Hygiëne is niet optimaal overal, locatie ligt heel afgelegen en restaurant’ van verblijf is ongezellig, kill ingericht. En zoals in het gehele gebied daar, door de uienplantages, overal vliegen overdag!

Het is een goedkope accommodatie, dus basic maar voor dat geld mag je ook niet meer verwachten. Het zag er wel schoon uit. Verder zeker goed genoeg om 1 nacht te verblijven. Het zwembad ligt mooi tussen de huisjes, mooi uitzicht op de bergen.
Ze deden wel hun best, maar tegelijk met ons was er een groep scholieren die de boel nog net niet afbraken. Ze zijn wel gevraagd het wat rustiger aan te doen, maar dat mocht niet baten. Aangezien m’n man ziek was hadden we hier geen behoefte aan en zijn we vertrokken. Het Engels is slecht dus makkelijk communiceren is niet mogelijk. Er zitten erg veel vliegen in deze omgeving, daar is de accommodatie niet op gemaakt.
