Good location for sightseeing.

Great location between Arc de Triomphe and Trocadero and close to Champs Elysees. Comfortable beds. Large sitting room. Very quiet.

The only entrance to the apartment is via a narrow spiral staircase, quite challenging to carry luggage. The second bedroom is small with not much space around the bed - in fact, the door won't open without squeezing the mattress. A sliding door would be better.

4 / 10

Deceptive listing. Very misleading.

The check-in process was very poor. Despite my request, they refused to share a phone number even after I booked and paid 100% advance. They assured me that they will reply promptly, but there was no one at the property when I arrived. After I called the emergency number shared by booking.com, someone showed up. Also, the property is a walk-up above the garage of a building, with a spiral staircase. Very difficult to climb up and down with luggage. The photos on the listing are misleading, as they show a brightly-lit apartment. But there are no windows or ventilation (unless you open the front door looking at the building’s driveway.
