Logement top mais avec un gros bémol

Petit logement très sympathique et bien rénové. La localisation est top, au calme mais à proximité de tout. La clim est un confort vraiment très agréable. Petit balcon vraiment très bien pour y manger. Le logement est globalement très bien équipé.

Nous avons été très déçus du ménage vraiment négligé, retrouver des éponges sales, des cheveux partout et le pire, un lit avec des draps plein de cheveux et de poils, bien évidemment pas à nous, c'est vraiment lamentable. Nous l'avons signalé à la responsable de la conciergerie, qui n'a pas pris la peine de trouver une solution. Je pense qu'il serait bien d'envisager de changer de conciergerie.
