Prachtig appartement, goede ligging met parkeerplaats (tegen betaling). Het is een ruim en luxe appartement. De ontvangst ging goed en het zwembad is netjes. Houd er wel rekening mee dat je niet de hele dag zon hebt.

The apartment is spacious, very well located in Budva, and has a beautiful swimming pool, which is a real highlight.
However, several aspects could be improved, particularly when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. We found hair on the beds and pillows. One of the pillows was clearly not properly cleaned and had a strong smell of sweat; we had to ask for it to be replaced.
We also encountered several technical issues: the bathroom sink gets clogged as soon as the tap is turned on, the bathroom door does not close properly, and the hot water only works intermittently, despite using the designated button.
Finally, we were asked to take out our own rubbish, which was quite surprising given the level of cleanliness we found upon arrival.
Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential thanks to its location, spaciousness, and swimming pool. However, the cleanliness, maintenance, and some of the facilities really need to be improved for the overall experience to live up to its potential.
Finally, a small welcoming gesture upon arrival, such as a bottle of cold water for guests, would be greatly appreciated, especially in a hot country after a long journey. It would be a simple and thoughtful touch to help guests start their stay on a positive note.
