Der Warmwasserboiler geht schnell leer, wenn 4 Personen duschen. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht gefunden, die Dame unten wusste es leider auch nicht. Dafür waren wir gleich bei uns im Baguette und co und der ist sehr lecker.

Sehr gute Lage, man erreicht alles schnell und bequem. Ausstattung grundsätzlich modern und praktisch.

Die Sauberkeit ließ deutlich zu wünschen übrig: auf dem Boden und auf der Couch lagen Krümel und Haare. In einem der Bäder gab es einen unangenehmen Geruch. Das gebuchte Apartment haben wir nicht erhalten, die Zuteilung erfolgt offenbar nach Verfügbarkeit, was bei der Buchung nicht klar war. Das Apartment zu finden war auch nicht einfach.

The location was great. It was next to the waterfront Christmas market. The view from the 6th floor was nice. I would not recommend it to anyone though.

The list is very long! Host informed us about the parking slot for our car but it was occupied, so, he suggested us to park to the next slot. The next morning, the parking manager knocked on our door and told us that the owner of that parking lot (where we parked) was angry and willing to call police. I told him that our host suggested that's why we parked. Anyways, we ran to move the car to the original slot which was told by the host. Meanwhile I gave our host's contact number to the parking manager. I don't know what the communication was. The next morning we found a red paper on the car's window asking to move the car with a warning to call police though we were at the right slot! So, the host should improve the communication and customer support. The facilities at the apartment were horrible! We (couple) stayed 3 nights with only one glass and one cup and a few plates. That's all! This should not be an apartment! Information about the hot water was not given to us. We realised when it was running out. The bathroom was very sticky! The kitchen didn't have an exhaust fan! How I could cook in a studio apartment without this!
