Excellent value for money. We needed to stay overnight in Nitra for one day, and for this purpose it was an unbeatable offer. On that particular day, it offered the best value for money for a single night’s stay. It provided everything we needed for one night, though we could easily have stayed longer. Although there is only one room, it is very spacious and contains two large double beds. Parking is free, as it’s in a free parking zone, and we had no trouble finding a space. The location is extremely peaceful and quiet, just outside the city. We were delighted by the thoughtfulness of the flat; on our way to Spain, we were greeted by Spanish-themed decorations in the room (which was a coincidence). For the price per night, I can’t really fault it; if the price had been higher, I might have found something to complain about (as I’ll mention below), but at this price, we certainly can’t complain about anything. We can certainly recommend it for a short stay.
Note: the location is situated outside the city of Nitra, about 7 km away, at the edge of the village. Without a car, you’ll have to take a taxi. But if you have a car, that’s an advantage - free parking and guaranteed space.
The bathroom and shower cubicle are quite small. Just inside the apartment is a quite small kitchen. This could be a problem during a longer stay. However, given the price at which the apartment was booked, you can’t really complain about this.

Všetko bolo super :) Potrebovali sme priestor naozaj len na spanie, čiže veľa času sme na ubytovaní nestrávili, no ubytovanie napriek tomu prekonalo očakávania. Spanie bolo veľmi pohodlné, obliečky čisté, telka fungovala, k dispozícii uteráky, chladnička. Izba bola prekvapivo priestranná, super využitý priestor prístavby rodinného domu, poloha super, kľudné prostredie v dedine, bez premávky, parkovanie zadarmo pri dome, do Nitry cca 10 min autom. Pomer cena-kvalita neprekonateľný, určite sa vrátime. Komunikácia s majiteľom super, info sme včas dostali :)
Za nás bolo všetko super, pre niekoho je možno podstatná kuchynka, tak tá je skôr symbolická, ale nám to teda vôbec nevadilo 😁 Z fotiek apartmánu je to zjavné, ale pre istotu píšem, ak by to niekoho zaujímalo.

The shower is spacious.
The kitchen is just a cabinet in the hallway with two hobs on top. There's no sink. The only sink on the property was the bathroom sink, where you also wash your dishes. The draining rack is above the toilet. It's not convenient and certainly not hygienic. The accommodation is an annexe to the host's property. I messaged the host to borrow a lid for a saucepan as none of the pans had a lid. The host knocked on the door, said, 'here is the lid' and handed me the lid. He didn't say hi, introduce himself or ask if everything is ok. The plastic table cloth was rather greasy. I was surprised to find the freezing compartment of the fridge stuffed full of meat. In general, more effort could be made to improve this property by adding a kitchenette with a sink and a dose of friendliness.
