Overall a good appartment, but leaves some scope to be desired. Especially, the tidiness can be significantly improved. The cleaners are not doing the best job definitely. Also, some additional equipment would come handy. For the price we paid in July I expected more, hence the raiting. It's also not very spacious. A bit trickier to collect the keys / understand which code works for what. E.g. the main gate code machine was broken, so you didn't know if provided code was correct and taken, or not. Parking space inside the yard is very limited, narrow entrance between the gates. At least in the main season - coming later you had to park in the driveway, all spots were taken. There are plenty of other appartments, which share the same yard and spots, so high comptetition.
Not as clean as I would expect a money-making facility to be. Especially, looking fine on the photos. Some missing equipment, also very cheap furniture. Overall, relatively low-cost feeling for not so low cost price (for my liking). Broken code machine for main car entrance gate, not enough parking spots during high season. Cooking in the "middle" of the room also didn't seem like the best idea.
