Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit tollem Blick über die umliegenden Weinberge. Sehr gut geignet für E-Bike Touren, allerdings auch ordentliche Steigungen. Alba und viele andere sehenswerte Städte sind bequem mit dem Rad oder dem Auto (z.B. Turin) zu erreichen. Ausreichend Gastronomie und Weingüter in nder näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren außerordentlich nett und immer bemüht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.
Wir hätten uns noch eine Spülmaschine und einen Außensitzplatz direkt vor der Wohnung gewünscht. Morgens und Abends stört der Autoverkehr ein wenig. Der Wunsch nach mehr Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Schlafzimmer soll kurzfristig umgesetzt werden.

If you’re a wine enthusiast—or simply love waking up to panoramic vineyard views—this brand-new apartment in Barbaresco is a gem. Perched on a hillside surrounded by the vines that produce Barolo, Barbaresco, Alba and Asti wines, it puts you within minutes of world-class wineries and picture-perfect walking trails through rolling hills.
Highlights
- Stunning setting: The terrace overlooks an endless sea of vineyards. Sunrise and sunset feel almost cinematic.
- Beautiful, comfortable design: Everything is fresh, stylish and squeaky-clean. The powerful A/C was priceless during a July heatwave.
- Superb hosts: Rad & Jeff were lightning-fast with answers, from operating the gas hob to suggesting can’t-miss cellar tours. They even left a welcome bone for our dog—pet-friendly hospitality at its best.
Ideal base for exploring: Alba, Asti and even Turin are easy day trips, each brimming with history, architecture and fantastic food.
Good to know
The flat is new to the platform, so a few small tweaks (such as extra cookware, perhaps a TV) will make it even better. Nothing that detracted from our stay—we were more than comfortable and cooked several meals without issue.
Bottom line
A gorgeous, well-equipped retreat in the heart of Piedmont wine country, run by attentive hosts who genuinely care about their guests. We’d return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Langhe experience.

Posizione fantastica rispetto a Barbaresco per evento 'Barbaresco a Tavola' presso Osteria Tastè; intero appartamento con vista, dalle due grandi finestre del salone, mozza fiato sulle vigne; proprietari (abitano al piano superiore) fantastici e super disponibili; terrazza, con vista sulle vigne, disponibile; appartamento, dotato di cucina moderna, ideale per un breve oppure per un lungo periodo; bagno moderno con doccia dotato di grandi asciugamani e prodotti da bagno; l'appartamento è dotato di camera matrimoniale (forse poco illuminata perchè non ha finestre...) e due grandi divani letto (comodi) nel grande salone che ha anche un comodo tavolo per colazione e o pranzo/cena; parcheggio auto privato...
