Everything about this place was amazing. The views from the apartment were stunning (attached pictures were all taken from windows/balconies in the apartment). It was large with plenty of room for our party of 6 adults. We found everything we needed in the apartment for a comfortable stay. We loved the location in town as well - a bit on the edge where it wasn't too busy, but still only a 10 minute walk from the train and plenty of nature only steps from the door. There was a pub just a few doors down that was lively at night and served food late, since a lot of the town closes down fairly early. The property owner was also really nice and easy to work with. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.
No complaints! After reading some of the mixed reviews we were a bit nervous, but this place ended up exceeding our expectations.

Accommodations are centrally located, ~15 min walk from the train station and after two days, found a shortcut to the nearest bus stop (5 min walk. Walk through parking lot across the road and follow sidewalk down around the turn to the bus stop). Three bedrooms w/multiple beds and a balconies that overlook a waterfall and the road.
The building is difficult to decipher because the house number was not visible. Had to call the host, which is very responsive if you need to reach out, and he directed us to the correct building. Maybe provide a picture of the building on your website.
Please provide check-in and check-out instructions.
Accommodations are on the top floor. You will have to climb 4.5 - 5 flights of stairs and there is not an elevator / lift.
Only one set of keys for four people - highly advise another set of keys for multiple guests since the place can sleep ~10 people. FYI - only one bathroom to accommodate everyone.
The washer / dryer combo that was in the unit did not work. Called host and he said a blue key should be to use in the laundromat that is located in the building. Blue key was not there, so either the previous folks accidentally took it or it got tossed out. The host did reimburse us 40CHF for the inconvenience. Had to hand wash shirts & shorts / slacks and put them on the drying rack.
There is a skylight in the unit that gets sun ALL DAY LONG. A shade is visible, but no remote to close it to keep the heat out. Unit got hot by the end of the day.
Kitchen is fully stocked, however, a teflon pan and spatula is highly recommended. Dishwasher works great.
A COOP is a 10 - 12 min walk and closes @ 7:00 pm. It is located near the train station.
