Pool was amazing, location fantastic, lots of space in the villa and host was super responsive

Location was fantastic as it was a 10 minute walk to the centre of town but only 50 metres to the beach.

Misleading Presentation of an Otherwise Nice Property

The property is brand new, close to the beach and restaurants and shops.

Firstly, the property is advertised as beachfront, which is quite a stretch of the imagination. In reality, you cannot even see the sea from the villa.Secondly, the property is listed as having five bedrooms, which is misleading. It actually has three proper bedrooms with doors, one double bed in an open basement area with no door, and two sofa beds located in the living rooms on the ground and first floors. While the property can certainly accommodate 10 or even 12 people, it does not provide the level of privacy that most guests would reasonably expect from a five-bedroom villa. We were two families, nine people in total, and the layout simply did not meet our needs. As a result, we decided to leave after just one night.

Nice, new building, with pool. We could charge our EV @10 amps. It was mandatory because, there are no car chargers around.

Narrow beds, double bads were very narrow. So 3 of us had to sleep on sofas.
