Good location but not made for guests to have a comfortable stay.

The location is central and easy to get to and from.

The hosts communication was incomplete/lacking and not in the best interest of us ( the customer). Listing itself is vague for a reason - apartment is on the top floor of a commercial building and has no elevators. We were told about it lacking an elevator, two days before our stay and there was no way for us to find alternate accommodation at that point. Although the beds/ bed room itself was comfortable and spacious the Ac was not reliable and broke several times and made for some miserable night of sleeping. The fourth room was on the 5th level where there was NO AC at all. It was baking hot and the fans provided were old and rattled loudly. We could not use the bedroom at all. We requested a cooler fan which was declined by the owner. They did make an attempt to fix a lot of the other problems but were mostly unsuccessful and then coming in all the time encroached on our privacy and stay. The problems were so systemic and appeared everywhere from un-maintained Ac, to stains on couches and bedsheets, to non- working appliances, to clogged drains in the sinks - it seemed like that’s just how they operated (and held much lower standards). There was bad staining on the couches and we were told that was clean - it was worse before. There is a washing machine but on the ground floor in a musty dirty bathroom - the set up is totally not made for guests to feel comfortable . We just got really tired of having to deal with all of the mess. The location was central however we were glad our stay there was over. The property manager was easy to get hold of and generally professional but their solutions were always patchwork and always inconvenient for us. All in all - I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to families with kids or elderly.

I had to get my anti bacteria wipes out and give everything a good clean. The second day a cleaner came but didn't clean anything she just hung washing on the rooftop and the sat on the deck for 3hrs on her phone while waiting for the washing to dry abd then left. It was very weird and uncomfortable. She was nice but we felt it was odd. would I stay here again NO.

It was roomy and had a roof top so the views of the city are great especially at night time.
